What are the functions of Mobuss Construção?
Among its main features, we can highlight the control of productivity, losses and materials used in the work. In addition, Mobuss Construção manages and analyzes labor, equipment, safety, quality, inspection and delivery, technical assistance, documents, registries and projects, always providing information for efficient process management and cost reduction.
The software is modular, which allows each company to use only the features of their interest. Still, new modules can be added over time and as needed.

No. Mobuss Construção’s functions meet any type of construction needs (civil, heavy, business, industrial, etc.).
The product was developed in a dynamic way to contemplate all of the nuances and differences that may exist between the various construction market niches.

What is the cost to acquire Mobuss Construção?
Mobuss Construção is marketed in the form of licensing. Each client adheres to the modules that most suit their business and the values are calculated according to the number of modules and licenses contracted.

How is Mobuss Construção organized technically?
Mobuss Construção is divided into two parts that communicate while transferring information for analysis and decision making.
- Web portal (cloud computing): manages the registries, besides visualizing and generating the indicators and results.
- Mobile (mobile devices): collect data at the construction site and can operate offline.

Can Mobuss Construção be integrated with other systems?
Yes. Mobuss Construção can be easily integrated with any ERP (Management Systems) and other types of systems (CRM, etc).
The software can still have its customized integrations or can be used by companies that do not have information systems.

Is it necessary to have your own servers for the installation of Mobuss Construção?
No. Mobuss Construção was developed based on the concept of Cloud Computing: the information stays in the cloud, without the need of physical servers.

Must you always be connected to the internet to use the Mobuss Construção?
No. One of the main differences of Mobuss Construção is the ability to work offline. It collects and stores the information by sending the data to the Web Portal once it finds a connection.
This function is of prime importance for construction, since most of the construction sites are located in regions far from urban centers. To be well-attended, professionals at these locations need a solution that allows them to work without the need to be always connected to Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G networks.

Can I control the physical progress of what is planned for the work?
Yes. With the Pointing Module and the Appropriation Module for heavy construction, you can control the evolution of any budget service.

Can I know what my daily productivity is?
Yes. With the Pointing Module, it is possible to know the daily general or individual productivity, by collaborator, and even by a specific service of the construction.
And with the Appropriation Module it is possible to carry out this control in heavy works, in the activities, materials, transport and equipment, mapping the possible reasons for work stoppage.

Can I use my own forms?
Yes.
The forms are dynamic, which means that each company can register their own forms. -
Can I control the physical progress of what is planned for the work?
Yes. With the Appointment module, you can control the evolution of any budget service.
This appropriation is free, that is, it allows all services performed – both predicted and unforeseen. -
Can I collect images in the work?
Yes. All modules with an application on the mobile platform (Appointment, Security, Quality, Inspection and delivery and Technical assistance) enable the collection of images in a native and integrated way to the system. This means that the image is stored and transmitted to the portal along with the other data reported.

Can I know which employees did not receive the PPE?
Yes. There is a management panel with level visualization (company, work and employee) where it is possible to check the pending delivery, exchange and return of personal protective equipment.

Can I publish and archive documents?
Yes. The Documents module allows the revision and publication of the documents according to the following flow: preparation, approval, consensus, verification and update of the version.
You can also define document links and access permissions. Published documents can be integrated with all other system modules.

When opening a service call, do I know if the building system is still under warranty?
Yes. The building systems can be customized up to the unit level, inputing all of the same terms of materials and services that are in the owner’s manual.

Does Mobuss Construção have a schedule function?
Yes. The software has personal agendas, to be used individually, and business agendas (in the Inspection and delivery and Technical assistance), to view the schedules made.

How can I view and analyze the information collected at the site?
Mobuss Construção transforms the information collected by Mobile into a visual model (dashboards, panels and Excel spreadsheets), enabling sophisticated and dynamic business analysis and better process monitoring.

Posso aproveitar a estrutura/modelo de um projeto antigo para futuros projetos?
Sim. Com o Módulo de Projetos, é possível duplicar modelos de projetos para resguardar nomenclaturas e estruturas padrão e usá-las em projetos similares.

What do I do with the project after it is finished?
Completed projects can be stored in the system (as long as space is available) or can be exported to archiving in the internal infrastructure of the company.

Is it possible to view projects with the Project Module?
No. The Projects module does not provide a project viewer. You must download the files so they can be viewed.

Is it possible to share projects (eg, budget requests) with people who do not have a system access profile?
Yes. Just select one or more projects and share them, generating a link that will allow you to download these files.

Is there a size limit for the supported files?
No. Our platform is capable of supporting large files, even centralizing everything on servers in the cloud.

What file types can I upload to the Project Module?
The Projects module accepts any file extension.

How can I request the plotting of projects to my supplier?
Simply select one or more projects and forward them to the supplier once, with the information you need for printing.

Can I use the Virtual Gate on any mobile device?
No.
This feature can only be used on smartphones with Android operating system, in the approved versions. It is also necessary that the devices have a camera. -
Does the use of the Virtual Gate eliminate / replace the use of the physical ticket gate?
Yes. The Virtual Gate allows to eliminate other methods of access control to the work.

Can I perform the control point card of my employees for the Virtual Gate?
No. The Virtual Gate allows only the control of the employees access to the work, by means of validation of the necessary documentation to carry out its function (ex .: training in day, attests of health, among others).

Can my suppliers have an access profile to publish their documents directly to the Registries Module?
No. This feature is not available in this module. The supplier should send your documents to the company through other resources, such as e-mail.

Can I electronically store all the registries of contracted employees and suppliers?
Yes. Through the Registries module it is possible to store all the controlled registries, including managing them in relation to validity and periodicity.

How can I scan and collect employee and supplier Registries?
The system of the Registries module will facilitate this process by turning smartphones and tablets into a mobile scanner, bringing more agility and cost savings to the process.
